Exchanges or Claims
Unused Product can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase subject to intact original condition and upon producing original receipt.Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged, claimed or returned.”If you exchange your product in case of colour, and design then you will be charged extra for the product returning and resending the shipment. This cost is according to delivery charges of the Shipment Agency”
Refund:
We have a ‘No Refund’ policy.
Credit/Debit Card Payment
Wherein the product is out of stock. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase.
You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Please allow 7 days for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Online Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive the shipment confirmation via email, which contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the 'Exchange/Claim Policy' will apply.
VALANTI may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock; pricing errors etc.
